SLVS, provides hands on training and technical internship to the Architectural students & budding engineers and offer them to be a part of solution to Building planning, Landscape designs, emerging infrastructure, MEP and water industry. SLVS wants budding engineers to be ready to take up challenging work in India / abroad as soon as they come out from the college.
Right now, industry is facing acute shortage of engineers who could work on infrastructure, MEP and water, hydraulics and hydrology field due to scarcity of hydraulic modelers in India, the most of Indian work is drained to foreign companies/consultants.
The objective of the SLVS is to fill the gaps due to scarcity of infrastructure, MEP and hydraulic engineers by providing them training on software in the college itself and offer them technical internship in SLVS to get industry exposure by working on the live projects. The approach will help the students to apply theoretical knowledge in the real projects.
